We recommend products only as tools inside genuinely useful advice — never as the point of an article. Before we ever link to something, it passes a strict checklist.
Our checklist
- Honest presentation — real people and claims that match the product; no fake doctors or invented institutes.
- Careful health language — "supports" or "may help", never cure-or-reverse promises.
- Real evidence — disclosed ingredients or methods with published human research behind them.
- Fair selling — genuine pricing, no fake countdowns or hidden rebills.
- Good track record — established sellers, reachable support, low refund and complaint rates.
- Right fit — actually useful for women over 40 and matched to the article it sits in.
One failure anywhere means we do not recommend it — no exceptions for high commissions. We re-check every live recommendation regularly, because sellers change their pages without notice.
When a link earns us a commission, we tell you plainly. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
